Lexandro.ai now supports a wide range of formats most commonly used in professional work: PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx), HTML (.html), TXT (.txt), Markdown (.md), Rich Text Format (.rtf), XML (.xml), EML (.eml), MSG (.msg), JPG (.jpg), JPEG (.jpeg), PNG (.png), BMP (.bmp), TIFF (.tiff), HEIF (.heif), HEIC (.heic) and other common business formats.
That means contracts, court filings, legal opinions, spreadsheets, presentations, emails and other documentation can be uploaded in their original form, without converting them to another format first.
Support for scanned documents and photos
A large share of legal documentation still exists only as a scanned document or a photograph.
Lexandro.ai processes that kind of documentation too. After upload, the content is digitised and prepared for search and analysis, so documents that originally existed only on paper become just as accessible as digitally created ones.

For every document, a content summary is automatically generated and key terms, metadata and important dates are extracted. This makes it easier to navigate larger matters and to find relevant information faster.

Once your documentation is processed, you can ask questions in natural language. For example, you can summarise extensive documentation, locate specific contractual clauses, compare multiple contract versions, extract deadlines, monetary amounts or obligations, connect information across different documents, and prepare an overview of a matter or transaction.
Documents can be organised within a workspace, or uploaded only into an individual conversation when you need a one-off analysis.
