Word Add-inSupport for Lexandro.ai and the Lexandro – Word Add-in.
Lexandro is a business service available to authorised users of customer organisations. Detailed product guidance is available to signed-in users within the Lexandro application.

If you cannot sign in, have not received an invitation, cannot reset your password or do not have an active licence, contact your organisation administrator or Lexandro Support.
The Lexandro – Word Add-in provides authorised Lexandro users with access to selected Lexandro functionality directly within Microsoft Word.
An active Lexandro business account and an assigned licence are required. Your organisation may also need to approve or centrally deploy the Add-in through Microsoft 365.
Menu names may vary depending on your Word version and operating system.
Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft 365 account. Check Add-ins or My Add-ins and restart Word. If the Add-in is managed by your organisation, contact your Microsoft 365 administrator.
Use the business email address associated with your Lexandro account. If your account has not been activated or no licence has been assigned, contact your organisation administrator or Lexandro Support.
Close and reopen the task pane, restart Word and confirm that you have an internet connection. If the issue continues, contact support and include your Word version, operating system, approximate time of the error and a screenshot.
Try again and confirm that the document is editable and that the relevant text is selected, where required. If the issue continues, contact Lexandro Support. Do not send confidential documents through ordinary email unless requested through an approved secure channel.
The Add-in may process selected text or the active document, depending on the function initiated by the user, together with user instructions and other document content required to perform that function. Lexandro uses artificial intelligence. Generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.
